TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of performance of the public contract is to ensure services related to the collection, transport, sorting and disposal of waste for the town of Svoboda nad Úpou, to the extent and in accordance with the tender conditions. All activities carried out under this contract must comply with Act No. 541/2020 Coll., on Waste, as amended, and in accordance with the relevant related legal regulations and generally binding ordinances of the town of Svoboda nad Úpou.
