TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of this public contract is the supplier’s commitment to ensure for the contracting authority, for the period from 1 January 2027 (depending on the proper completion of the procurement procedure) and for the following 4 years, comprehensive services in the field of waste management, including regular and extraordinary collection, sorting/accumulation, transport and subsequent recovery or disposal of waste in compliance with applicable legal regulations (in particular Act No. 541/2020 Sb., on waste and on amending certain other laws, as amended) and at the frequency specified in the Tender Documentation. Part of the subject matter of performance also includes the provision of collection containers (bins). The subject matter of performance is the handling of the following waste: mixed municipal waste (20 03 01), bulky waste (20 03 07), paper and cardboard (20 01 01), plastics (including beverage cartons) (20 01 39), glass – white and coloured (20 01 02), and metals (20 01 40).
