TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the provision of SW maintenance services is: a) providing software updates, security patches and new software versions (as part of the maintenance price) to the contracting authority or a third party authorized by it, b) ensuring the required response times for the provision of SW maintenance services according to Table No. 1 of this Description of the subject matter of the contract, c) providing to the contracting authority or a third party authorized by it a consolidated information about the release of new software versions or its updates by the manufacturer for the individual parts of this Description of the subject matter of the contract at least once per quarter, no later than 10 business days after the end of the previous calendar quarter, d) telephone or email Helpdesk support (including the Electronic System for Managing Requests, hereinafter referred to as “ESSP”), including the possibility of escalation of incident resolution to the manufacturer.
