TENDER DESCRIPTION

Task No 1 – medical services in the scope of preventive health care, including protective vaccinations for police officers, Police employees, and unemployed persons undergoing training (internship), serving/working in the area of the Siedlce County, at the Municipal Police Headquarters in Siedlce (KMP in Siedlce), the Police Provincial Headquarters with its seat in Radom (KWP with its seat in Radom), and the Police Training Centre in Ostrołęka (SPPP in Ostrołęka). The scope and frequency of initial/periodic/control medical examinations of Police employees/trainees, the pattern of the medical certificate is specified in the regulation of the Minister of Health and Social Welfare of 30 May 1996 on conducting medical examinations of employees, the scope of preventive health care for employees, and medical certificates issued for purposes provided for in the Labour Code.
