TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is medical services in the field of preventive healthcare, including protective vaccinations for police officers, Police employees and unemployed persons doing internships, serving/working in the area of the District Police Commander in Białobrzegi. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in: - Appendix no. 1.1 to the Terms of Reference – constituting the Offer Form for task no. 1 - Appendix no. 2.1 - Draft Contract Contractor's obligations: 1. Services referred to in point 1 letters a-f and point 2 of the contract will be performed (daily) from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and statutory holidays, in the facilities indicated in the Offer Form (Appendix No. 1 to the contract). 2.
