TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision, by the Contractor for the Ordering Party, of comprehensive services together with the implementation, by the Contractor, of the RFID-HF identification system in accordance with the Price Form constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ and the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract constituting Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ and the Draft Contractual Provisions constituting Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ. 2. The service shall be provided by the Contractor with respect to: 1) laundry assortment constituting the Ordering Party’s property, as specified in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ—Price Form—Table 1, 2) laundry assortment leased by the Ordering Party from the Contractor under the option right, on the terms set out in Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ and Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ—Price Form—Table 2. 3. The Contractor is obliged to indicate in the tender form constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ the address of the Contractor’s laundry and the address of the back-up laundry where the laundry services will be provided. 4.
