TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision by the Contractor for the Contracting Authority of comprehensive services together with the implementation by the Contractor of an RFID identification system in accordance with the Pricing Form constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ and the Description of the Subject of the Contract constituting Annex 6 to the SWZ and the Draft Contractual Provisions constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ. 2. The service will be provided by the Contractor with regard to: 1) laundry assortment constituting the property of the Contracting Authority, specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ — Pricing Form — Table 1; 2) laundry assortment leased by the Contracting Authority from the Contractor within the scope of the option right, on the terms set out in Annex 4 to the SWZ and Annex 2 to the SWZ — Pricing Form — Table 2. 3.
