TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of comprehensive all-day catering services for patients at the Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases Institute in Warsaw. 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive all-day catering services for patients at the Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases Institute in Warsaw 01-138, ul. Płocka 26. 2. The catering service includes: 2.1 preparation (production) of meals in quantities reported by the Contracting Authority, taking into account dietary recommendations; 2.2 delivery of ready-prepared, properly portioned meals: a) hot meals and drinks in thermoses adapted for storing and transporting meals (GN containers and thermoports); b) cold meals in collective packages (plastic containers for cold cuts and vegetables and plastic baskets for bread); 2.3 distribution of meals to ward kitchenettes along with unpacking of thermoports and placing GN containers into bain-marie trolleys in each ward; 2.4 collection, washing and disinfection of containers, GN containers, thermoports and trolleys for transport; 2.5 collection (2 times a day – after breakfast and after lunch) and disposal of post-consumption waste.
