TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive cleaning services for office premises, external areas, and green area maintenance at the Provincial Police Headquarters in Łódź and its subordinate units. 2. The service involves maintaining cleanliness in office premises, communication routes, staircases, social rooms, restrooms using own equipment and cleaning agents, as well as cleaning the external areas of the facilities and maintenance of green areas. The scope of service also includes maintaining cleanliness in all other rooms not specified in the procedure (Detention Rooms - PdOZ). The detailed description of the subject of the contract (Terms of Reference) is contained in Appendix No. 3 to the Specification of Essential Terms of the Contract (SWZ). 3. The list of cleaning activities is contained in Appendices No. 4, 4A and 4B to SWZ, while the detailed scope of activities together with the list of surfaces to be cleaned in the various facilities for the respective parts is contained in Appendices No. 5.1 – 5.15 to SWZ and Appendix No. 6 to SWZ – List of upholstered furniture and lampshades. 4.
