TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive repair and damage liquidation services for transport equipment of the KWP in Szczecin. Repair services will be performed as and when the current incidents occur (collisions, damage, accidental events, vandalism) affecting the Ordering Party’s transport equipment. The scope of services includes cash and non-cash repairs settled from the liable party’s third-party liability (OC) for the incident. Cash repairs paid by the Ordering Party have been included in two parts, i.e. the Transport Department in Szczecin and the Transport Department in Koszalin. 2. The subject of the contract has been divided into 2 parts. The Ordering Party allows submission of tenders for all parts of the contract. 3. The scope, size, quantity and requirements regarding the contract have been specified in the price forms constituting Appendices No 2.1–2.2 to the SWZ and in the Description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No 8 to the SWZ. 1.
