TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of comprehensive services to ensure the correct sanitary and hygienic conditions at the Specialist Hospital in Chorzów at ul. Zjednoczenia 10, together with taking over from the Contracting Authority employees employed in positions related to performing the subject of the contract on the basis of Article 23 of the Labour Code. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in the “Description of the subject of the contract” - Annexes No 1, 1.1 to 1.12 to the SWZ and the Contract templates constituting Annexes No 3 and 4 to the SWZ. Information on the employees is contained in Annex No 6 to the SWZ, while the list of rooms and equipment is specified in Annex No 7 to the SWZ. The description of the subject of the contract and the provisions of the contract templates must be read together with any possible changes to the content of the SWZ, e.g. as a result of answers provided to questions submitted by Contractors.
