TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract includes the provision of services in an amount of no more than 26 274 hours. Due to staffing dependency on current operational needs, schedules, emergency events and safety requirements, the exact number of hours used cannot be determined in advance. Remuneration is due for the hours actually performed and accepted. The Contracting Authority guarantees the assignment of at least 13 137 hours in the breakdown indicated in the table, i.e. 50% of the maximum scope for each function. The remaining part, up to a maximum of 26 274 hours, constitutes the standard quantitative scope of the contract and is not an option right. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim for the assignment of hours in excess of the guaranteed minimum.
