TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the provision of post-warranty service support for computed tomography scanners that are in the equipment of the Regional Multispecialist Hospital in Kielce: Package No 1 – INGENUITY CORE 128 CT scanner (sn. 336396). A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ – description of the subject of the contract (scope of service activities). Information regarding the rules for performing the subject of the contract and remuneration is provided in Appendix No 3 to the SWZ – draft provisions of the contract for a public contract.
