Provision of specialist care services for children, young people and also adults with mental disorders, GOPS clients in Ostrów Wlkp., at the place where they live from X to XII 2026 r. The subject of the contract is the provision of specialist care services for children, young people as well as adults with mental disorders, for clients of the Municipal Social Assistance Centre (Gminny Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej) in Ostrow Wielkopolski, at their place of residence from October to December 2026 r. The scope of the contract includes: provision of specialist care services for children, young people and adults with mental disorders for beneficiaries of the Municipal Social Assistance Centre in Ostrow Wielkopolski from October to December 2026 r. in accordance with Article 50 of the Act of 12 March 2004 on social assistance (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 639, as amended).
