TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of specialized care services for persons with mental disorders for the needs of the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Bielsko-Biała 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of specialized care services to persons with mental disorders, performed for beneficiaries of the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Bielsko-Biała, within the city of Bielsko-Biała, at the place of their residence or stay. 2. Specialized care services for persons with mental disorders are tailored to specific needs resulting from the type of illness or disability. 3. The Contracting Authority requires that specialized care services be provided by persons who hold qualifications, experience, and training specified in the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Social Policy on specialized care services. Detailed personnel requirements constituting conditions for participation in the procedure have been set out in Chapter V of the SWZ (terms of reference). 4.
