Provision of specialized care services for persons with mental disorders in the Municipality of Gniezno for 2026_2 The subject of the contract is the “Provision of specialized care services at the place of residence for persons with mental disorders for 2026”, pursuant to Article 18(1)(3) and Article 50(1), (2) and (7) of the Act of 2 March 2004 on Social Assistance (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2025, item 1214), Articles 8 and 9 of the Act of 19 August 1994 on the Protection of Mental Health (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 917) and specialized care services under tasks commissioned on the basis of the regulation of the Minister of Social Policy of 22 September 2005 on specialized care services (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 816) for the beneficiaries of the Municipal Social Welfare Centre in Gniezno. 1.
