TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of services “Assistant for an elderly person for 6 persons from the area of the Swilcza Commune 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services “Assistant for an elderly person for 6 persons from the area of the Swilcza Commune” under the grant project entitled: “Innovations in local government” – “Assistant for an elderly person”, implemented under the Programme European Funds for Social Development 2021-2027, co-financed from the European Social Fund Plus. 2. The estimated number of clients for whom care services will be provided daily on working days for a period of 8 months, i.e. no earlier than from 01 October 2026 and no later than until 31 May 2027, is 6. The expected number of hours per month for 6 persons aged 60+ is 144 hours, and for 1 person per month 24 hours. Meanwhile, the estimated number of hours planned to be delivered during the period of the contract commitment totals 1,152 hours. 3.
