TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of services of an assistant for an elderly person for the beneficiaries of the Social Welfare Centre in Ożarów in the years 2027-2029 1. The subject matter of the contract is to ensure the provision of services of an assistant for an elderly person (60 years and older) – a client of the Social Welfare Centre in Ożarów, hereinafter referred to as “the assistant” – consisting in assistance with performing basic activities of daily living such as preparing meals, doing shopping, maintaining order in the apartment, support in self-care activities (e.g. dressing, personal hygiene), moving around, handling official and personal matters, doing shopping, using services and public infrastructure, as well as reaching educational facilities, rehabilitation, cultural institutions and other places of social activity. The assistant will also support participants in undertaking activities and social contacts, increasing their independence, sense of security, and the ability to decide about their own life.
