TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of public bus transport services on the ZTM urban communication lines in Katowice indicated by the Contracting Authority on the terms set out in the ToR and in accordance with the timetable provided by the Contracting Authority, in an estimated total number of 853,000.00 bus-kilometers over a total period of 12 months, including: 1.1. 456,000.00 bus-kilometers performed using 5 BN type buses – for a period of 12 months from the date of contract conclusion; 1.2. 322,000.00 bus-kilometers performed using 4 BN type buses – for a period of 10 months, starting from January 1, 2027; 1.3. 75,000.00 bus-kilometers performed using 2 AN type buses – for a period of 5 months, starting from March 1, 2027. The specified demand of the Contracting Authority during the contract period may increase or decrease by a maximum of 20%. 2.
