TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of bus public transport services on the urban transport routes of the ZTM in Katowice indicated by the Contracting Authority, under the rules set out in the SWZ and in accordance with the timetable provided by the Contracting Authority, in the estimated total number of 543,000.00 vehicle-km over a period of 12 months, including: 1.1. 508,000.00 vehicle-km performed using 5 buses of type BN — for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the contract; 1.2. 35,000.00 vehicle-km performed using 1 bus of type MN — for a period of 7 months, starting from 01.03.2027; The individual scopes of service provision will be initiated successively, within the time limits specified in points 1.1–1.2, which results from different expiry dates of the existing contracts for servicing the individual routes. The stated amount of demand of the Contracting Authority during the term of the contract may increase or decrease by at most 20%. 2.
