Provision of round-the-clock security services for persons and property for the Museum “Silesian Park of Ethnography in Chorzów”, in 2027. The subject of the contract is the provision of a 24/7 security service for persons and property in 2027 for the Museum “Silesian Park of Ethnography in Chorzów”, carried out by specialised armed security formations and technical protection in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular the Act of 22 August 1997 on the protection of persons and property (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2025.532, as amended), the Act of 21 May 1999 on weapons and ammunition (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024.485, as amended), implementing acts issued on the basis of the above-mentioned Acts, and the Regulation of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage of 2 September 2014 on securing museum collections against fire, theft and other dangers threatening their destruction or loss (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2014.1240).
