TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of all-day catering services for patients of the Provincial Specialist Hospital named after Maria Skłodowska-Curie in Zgierz, in accordance with: 1) the Act of 25 August 2006 on food safety and nutrition (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended) and 2) the recommendations of the Chief Sanitary Inspector and the Institute of Food and Nutrition, regarding the food and nutrition standards applicable in closed collective catering establishments, as well as the health quality of food and 3) the procedures of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system or ISO 22000. The organization of the catering service will consist in preparing meals from products secured/provided in-house, distributing meals in single-use packaging to the doors of hospital wards, collecting, washing, disinfecting and sterilizing distribution trolleys as well as transport containers and dishes (e.g. milk jugs), in accordance with the sanitary and epidemiological regulations applicable to medical entities.
