TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of catering services as well as rental and arrangement of facilities for the organization of the 3rd scientific conference “Trees and forests in a changing environment” 2. The subject matter of the contract is to provide catering services as well as the rental and arrangement of facilities for the organization of the 3rd scientific conference “Trees and forests in a changing environment”, including: 1) Service of renting and arranging rooms and infrastructure for conducting the Conference: a) Rental of facilities; b) Arrangement of facilities; 2) Catering service. The Conference will take place on 12–14.10.2026 in a stationary format at the Pałac Działyńskich in Poznań (Stary Rynek 78) and on 13.10.2026 in the form of a field session (from 15:00 to 19:00) at the Institute of Dendrology of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Kórnik. The Contracting Authority assumes participation of a maximum of 150 participants. The final number of participants will be provided to the Contractor no later than 30.09.2026. The Contracting Authority guarantees the implementation of the catering service for at least 50 persons (on each day of the conference).
