TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of catering services involving the preparation and delivery of preventive meals for employees of the State Museum Auschwitz-Birkenau in Oświęcim. 1. The subject of the contract includes: 1.1. The preparation by the Contractor of preventive meals: a) Meals should meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Council of Ministers of 28 May 1996 on preventive meals and beverages (Journal of Laws 1996 No. 60 item 279), i.e. should contain approximately 50% - 55% carbohydrates, 30% - 35% fats, 15% proteins and have a calorific value of approximately 1000 kcal. b) The Ordering Party requires that the delivery be made in a manner that prevents loss of temperature of freshly prepared hot ready-to-eat dishes, in hermetically sealed single-use PP 5 containers together with a complete set of single-use cutlery and with paper napkins. c) Meals should be of high quality, both in terms of nutritional value, portion size/grammage, and in terms of culinary qualities and aesthetics, prepared in a traditional manner, with a minimum net mass of 500 g and a minimum meat portion of 100 g.
