„Provision of tax advisory services” 1. The subject of the contract is a tax advisory service provided by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority, in particular consisting of: a) ongoing tax advisory in the scope of taxes and other public-law dues arising in connection with the Contracting Authority’s business, including preparation of tax opinions and analyses, and reviewing contracts and contract drafts within the activity carried out by the Contracting Authority in terms of tax consequences; b) comprehensive analysis of the tax aspects of projects implemented or co-implemented by the Contracting Authority in the scope of its core activity as well as business activity; c) providing oral, telephone and email consultations in the scope of tax law; d) conducting reviews and tax audits performed to ensure the correctness and adequacy of tax settlements, e.g. in the scope of settling public tasks and specific-purpose grants, including grants for investment purposes; e) advisory regarding the taxation of settled investment costs for tax purposes (including determining the initial value of fixed assets), and settlement of investment financing costs, including as part of…
