Provision of follow-me printing services together with the lease and comprehensive service support for multifunction devices for the Voivodeship Specialist Hospital in Wrocław 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of follow-me printing services together with the lease and comprehensive service support for multifunction devices for the Voivodeship Specialist Hospital in Wrocław. 2. The subject of the contract includes: 1) leasing 21 (twenty-one) multifunction devices (hereinafter referred to as the Devices), 2) sale and implementation of a central follow-me printing system for counting print and copy costs from all printing and copying devices covered by the subject of the contract (hereinafter: the System) as well as granting a licence to the Ordering Party to use this System, 3) an option right consisting in the Ordering Party’s ability to purchase all or part of the 21 (twenty-one) leased Devices, on the terms set out in § 15 of the draft contract. Exercising the option right will be based on a statement submitted by the Ordering Party to the Contractor within the time limit and in the form specified in § 15 of the draft contract.
