TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) Part I – Provision of hotel and catering services and provision of workshop rooms together with equipment for the organisation of 3 sessions as part of a programme for teenagers in developmental crisis and their adoptive families. Planned session dates: 03-04 October 2026 (I session), 14-15 November 2026 (II session), 21-22 November 2026 (III session). Total number of programme participants – maximum 29 people, including: maximum 14 adoptive parents and maximum 12 adopted children (aged approximately 12 to approximately 16) and 3 people running the programme. The service includes:  providing accommodation, i.e. 1 overnight stay for a maximum of 29 people – in family rooms (for families with children) and in single/double rooms for single use (for specialists) during each of the three sessions, i.e. in total:- 87 overnight stays (i.e. 51 overnight stays for adults (17 people x 1 overnight stay x 3 sessions during the programme) and 36 overnight stays for children (12 children x 1 overnight stay x 3 sessions during the programme);  providing meals, i.e. 2 lunches, 1 dinner, 1 breakfast, 2 mini buffets with snacks for a maximum of 29 people, during each of the three sessions,…
