TENDER DESCRIPTION

Part I of the contract: Hotel and catering services for training entitled “Legal aspects of counteracting domestic violence”: The subject of the contract is a service provided by facilities offering meals and accommodation, concerning the organisation of training entitled “Legal aspects of counteracting domestic violence” for one (1) group of participants of a maximum of 21 people. The training will be held on the following dates: 1. stay I: 13–14 October 2026, 2. stay II: 28–29 October 2026. In each of the above dates (stays), the service includes: 1 overnight stay and meals comprising: 1 breakfast, 2 lunches, 1 dinner and 3 coffee breaks, as well as making available training facilities and equipment during the training – 1 training room freely accommodating at least 25 people, available on both the first and second day of the training. Classes are not allowed to be carried out in rooms in which meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are served. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ.
