TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of individual specialist advisory services for participants of the project entitled “Development of social services provided in the local community for seniors” 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of individual specialist advisory services in four areas: psychological, legal, health-and-dietary, and IT. 2. Individual specialist advisory services shall be provided to participants from the area of five communes of Gryfino County, located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, i.e.: 1) Widuchowa Commune; 2) Banie Commune; 3) Moryń Commune; 4) Cedynia Commune; 5) Mieszkowice Commune. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
