TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the inspection of flue/chimney ducts, which is carried out on the basis of the Act entitled “Building Law” of 7 July 1994 and the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 7 June 2010 on fire protection of buildings, other construction facilities and areas, which specifies in detail the frequency of removing contaminants from smoke and flue gas ducts during their use. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes the draft contract, Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ, together with the technical specification. Part I covers the ADM-1 area, where the contract includes buildings with a total number of 439 chimney ducts, including 15 flue gas ducts, 9 smoke ducts and 306 ventilation ducts. 1.
