TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this part of the contract is the provision of comprehensive cleaning services for the premises and external areas of the Regional Court in Siedlce at ul. Sądowa 2 and ul. Kazimierzowska 31 for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than from 01 January 2027. It is assumed that the date of commencement of the service provision will be 01 January 2027, but if, due to an ongoing tender procedure, this is not possible, the parties will indicate as the date of commencement of the services the first day after 01 January 2027 on which it will be possible. A detailed description and the method of performance of the contract for Part No 1 are provided by: a) Annex No 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject matter of the contract; b) Annex No 12 to the SWZ – Contract template.
