TENDER DESCRIPTION

Organisation of a one-day educational trip combined with educational workshops for 1020 students + 1 supervisor per 15/20 students of a given upper secondary school (general secondary schools/lyceums, technical secondary schools, and second-cycle sectoral vocational schools) located in the city of Kielce, to a facility within a radius of up to 200 km from the departure location. The trip includes: - transport by vehicle/vehicles that must be technically efficient, have valid technical condition inspections, the number of seats for at least 35 passengers, air conditioning in each coach, foldable seats with seatbelts,- departure from the school and return to the same place,- accident consequences insurance (NNW) for trip participants,- provision of catering for all trip participants: two-course lunch + drink of at least 250 ml,- workshop fees. Transport services including coach travel: 1-day service up to 200 km one way, from 8 to 12 hours for 31 groups (31 departures) for at least 33 up to a maximum of 55 people.
