TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of maintenance, certification, and repair services for the Fire Alarm System (SSP), Public Address System (DSO), smoke venting system and SGG, together with an early smoke detection system, for a period of 36 months for NIO-PIB o/Gliwice 1. The subject of this contract is the provision of maintenance, certification and repair services for the Fire Alarm System (SSP), Public Address System (DSO), smoke venting system and SGG, together with an early smoke detection system, for a period of 36 months for the National Institute of Oncology named after Maria Skłodowska – Curie – National Research Institute, Branch in Gliwice, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority.2. The description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for performance of the contract are set out in the annexes: 1) “Description of the subject of the contract” - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ; 2) “Assortment-and-price specification” – Annex No. 3 to the SWZ; 3) Draft contract provisions, which will be introduced into the contract text / contract provisions – Annex No. 10 to the SWZ; 4) List of elements – Annex No. 11 to the SWZ.
