TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the provision of maintenance, servicing and ongoing operation services for power installations and equipment at the PSE S.A. headquarters in Konstancin-Jeziorna at Warszawska Street 165. The detailed specification of the contract subject is set out in Part II of the Terms of Reference (TOR) and Part IV of the TOR. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Contracting Authority with a warranty according to the requirements specified in Part IV of the TOR. Pursuant to Article 101(4) of the Act, the Contracting Authority allows equivalent solutions described in the TOR by means of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and systems of technical references referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Act, provided they obtain features or parameters not inferior to those cited.
