TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the contract is cooking and waiter services at the "Leśnik" Training and Recreation Center in Orzechowo in 2026. 2) The subject of the contract is described in detail in Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference (ToR), containing: Description of the subject of the contract and List of tasks for persons performing the subject of the contract. 3) The contracting authority requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities included in the subject of the contract: cooking activities, kitchen assistance, and waiter activities, based on an employment contract, due to the fact that the performance of these activities involves working in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 227, as amended).
