TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision, by the Contractor for the Contracting Authority, of courier services in domestic transactions, consisting in the Contractor’s collection, acceptance, movement and delivery of courier items, and in the event that they cannot be delivered, their return to the Contracting Authority’s Units. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the number of Courier Items and additional services by reducing or increasing by a maximum of 25% the number of such Courier Items or additional services within each category, within the maximum gross remuneration for the scope of Courier Items and additional services, depending on the Contracting Authority’s needs resulting from obligations imposed on ZUS by provisions of law, to which the Contractor agrees and will not assert any claims in respect of quantitative and type changes during the performance of the subject of the contract. 1.
