TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the Contract is the provision of logistics services consisting of handling domestic and international business trips of the Company’s employees and persons indicated by the Contracting Authority, in particular booking and purchasing airline, rail and bus tickets, ferry tickets, booking and purchasing accommodation in hotels, renting means of transport, transfers, arranging visa formalities, and purchasing insurance. The Contractor shall provide the Contracting Authority with an online platform for managing reservations, which enables the Contracting Authority to independently book hotels as well as domestic and international airline and rail tickets and to change or cancel them. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the Contract is set out in Appendix 1 – Description of the subject of the Contract to the Draft Contractual Provisions constituting Appendix No 1 to the SWZ. 1.
