1. The subject of the contract is: provision of Medical Services in the scope of preventive medical examinations (periodic and follow-up) for employees of the NCBR Group, pre-employment medical examinations of persons being hired, issuance of medical certificates regarding the absence of health contraindications for work or regarding health contraindications for work in a specific job position, and the participation of a doctor in the work of the occupational health and safety (OHS) committee (commission) and comprehensive, specialist medical care for employees of the Group The Employer has an obligation towards the employee, at its own expense, to provide him with preventive health care, which includes three types of employee medical examinations: pre-employment, periodic and follow-up examinations, and the necessary prophylaxis. 2.
