TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the provision of medical services in the form of laboratory tests as part of preventive examinations for officers and employees of the Bieszczadzki Border Guard Unit in Przemyśl and Border Guard Facilities in Hermanowice, Huwniki, Korczowa, Medyka and Wojtkowa, together with delivery of the test result. The subject of the contract is specified in detail and described in the Table for the Tender Form, constituting Annex No. 1a to the SWZ.
