TENDER DESCRIPTION

Providing accommodation services in a hotel of at least a three-star category for the needs of the Witold Lutosławski National Music Forum in Wrocław. Providing accommodation services in a hotel of at least a three-star category for the needs of the Witold Lutosławski National Music Forum (NFM). The service will be provided for a period of 12 months from the date of conclusion of the agreement for the needs of the NFM, including in particular for artists employed by and cooperating with the NFM. The services will be performed in accordance with the schedule of artistic events planned at the NFM; therefore, the hotel’s location is crucial for the proper performance of the agreement. The proximity of the facility will minimize the risk of unforeseen logistical events that could disrupt the course of rehearsals or lead to cancellation of an event. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ – DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT (hereinafter referred to as “OPZ”).
