TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Type of contract: service. 2. The subject of the contract is the provision of physical security services for persons and property of the Wrocław University of Environmental and Life Sciences, performed in place of the Employer’s full-time employees in the positions of reception desk and cloakroom staff located in the facilities indicated in the OPZ, during the initial period of 731 consecutive calendar days, with the possibility of resuming performance of the contract up to four times, each time for a period of 6 consecutive months, whereby the last renewal period may be appropriately shortened in accordance with the Draft Contractual Provisions. 3. The service includes in particular: 1) operation of reception desks in 23 facilities, in accordance with their operating schedules; 2) operation of reception desks combined with cloakroom services; 3) operation of cloakrooms in 5 UPWr facilities, comprising a total of 6 locations; 4) ensuring substitution for the Employer’s employees in cases and on the terms set out in the description of the contract subject matter. 4.
