Provision of services for collection, transport and disposal of medical waste for the General Hospital in Kolno 1) The subject of this public procurement procedure is the provision of services for the collection, transport and disposal of medical waste for the General Hospital in Kolno over a period of 24 months. 2) The conditions for performance of the contract have been set out in the contract template constituting Appendix No 10 to the SWZ. 3) The estimated quantity of medical waste has been presented in Appendix No 2 to the SWZ, i.e. the Price Form.
