TENDER DESCRIPTION

Providing care services for residents of the City of Lubartów 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of care services for residents of the City of Lubartów, at their place of residence, in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, pursuant to Article 50, 50a and 50b of the Social Assistance Act (Journal of Laws 2026, item 639, 974 and 986). 2. The estimated quantity of care service hours during the contract period is 13,000 hours, with an option to increase by a maximum of 500 hours; the estimated number of persons covered by the services is 60 persons (the services are planned to cover adult persons; the Contracting Authority reserves the right that during the performance of the contract it may order services for minors, depending on needs). 3. Due to the inability to precisely determine the size of the contract, owing to its specific nature characterised by varying needs of persons requiring assistance, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to change the number of service hours or persons covered by the services.
