Provision of parking services for security deposits for preparatory proceedings for the needs of units and cells within the scope of the Commander-in-Chief of the Capital Police Headquarters 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of parking services for security deposits for preparatory proceedings for the needs of units and cells within the scope of the Commander-in-Chief of the Capital Police Headquarters, referred to as “deposits”. 2. The term “deposits” shall mean: 1) scooters, motorcycles, quads, 2) vehicles with a permissible total mass of up to 3 500 kg; 3) vehicles with a permissible total mass above 3 500 kg. 3. The provision of services which are the subject of the contract will take place on a continuous basis, i.e. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Chapter XIX of the SWZ.
