Provision of postal services consisting in accepting, transporting and delivering senators’ letter mail within the country. 1. The subject of the contract is the provision, during the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, of postal services consisting in accepting, transporting and delivering non-registered letter consignments (ordinary letter) and registered letter consignments (registered letter) in domestic circulation, in the economic category, sent by senators, also referred to as the “sender”, and their possible return to the sender once the possibility of delivering them to the addressee has been exhausted. 2. The contractor shall be required to provide services that are the subject of the contract in accordance with the agreement, which constitutes Annex No 5 to the SWZ, and with applicable provisions of law, in particular: the Act of 23 November 2012 – Postal Law, hereinafter referred to as the “Postal Law Act”; implementing acts issued on its basis; and the postal services regulations of the contractor, issued on the basis of Article 21 of the Postal Law Act. 3.
