TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the successive provision of postal services in domestic and international mail for organisational units of the National Bank of Poland ("Organisational Units"), consisting in particular in: 1) collecting postal items from the Organisational Units, together with sending documents, and confirming receipt thereof, 2) transporting postal items collected from the Organisational Units and delivering them to domestic and foreign addressees, 3) delivering to the Organisational Units returned confirmations of receipt of postal items, after they have been effectively delivered, 4) returning to the Organisational Units postal items that have not been delivered to the addressees after all possibilities of their delivery or dispatch have been exhausted.
