TENDER DESCRIPTION

Provision of postal services in domestic and foreign mail for the Gmina Gniezno Office 1. The subject of the contract includes the provision of postal services in domestic and foreign mail for the Gmina Gniezno Office, al. Reymonta 9-11, 62-200 Gniezno, covering the receipt, transport and delivery of postal consignments and their possible returns—pursuant to the provisions of the Act of 23 November 2012, the Postal Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 558). The legal basis governing the performance of the services that are the subject of the contract is the Act of 23 November 2021, the Postal Law (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) and implementing provisions to the Act. A detailed description of the subject of the contract has been included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
