TENDER DESCRIPTION

“Provision of postal services in domestic and foreign mail circulation for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027 for the needs of the Starostwo Powiatu Grodziskiego” The subject of the contract is the provision of postal services as defined in the Act of 23 November 2012 Postal Law (Journal of Laws 2025, item 366), and in matters not regulated by those provisions, the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964 the Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2025, item 1071) shall apply accordingly. The contract for the service includes the provision of postal services for domestic and foreign mail circulation and their possible returns for a period of 12 months. Postal services will be provided in accordance with applicable regulations. The scope of the service includes: • receiving, transporting and delivering postal items in domestic and foreign mail circulation, both priority and economic, i.e.: unregistered letter items, registered letter items, including registered items, items with proof of receipt, • delivering to the Contracting Authority returns of proof of receipt and undelivered postal items (letter items and postal parcels) after all possibilities for their delivery or handing over…
