The subject matter of the contract is: Provision of postal services in domestic and foreign transactions in the scope of receiving, transport and delivery of postal items and parcels, courier shipments and any possible returns of undelivered items — for the needs of the Municipal Office in Wadowice in 2027, in accordance with generally applicable provisions of law, and in particular with the Act of 23 November 2012, the Postal Law (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 558), provisions of the Act of 14 June 1960, the Code of Administrative Procedure, making it possible to meet the time limits specified in Article 57 of the Act and the method of delivery of official documents specified in Articles 39, 44, 46 and 47 of the abovementioned Act.
