TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is: provision of postal services in domestic and international circulation, including receipt, transport and delivery of postal items and parcels, and their possible return for the Municipal Office in Starachowice, on the terms set out in generally applicable provisions of law, in particular in the Act of 23 November 2021, the Postal Law (Dz.U.2026.558 consolidated text). The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor or a subcontractor employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 — the Labour Code, persons performing the specified activities related to performance of the contract, i.e.: - signing of the contract, - operational activity (direct receipt and delivery of postal items in connection with performance of the subject matter of the contract).
